If you don't want the transactions, don't buy. Developers deserve the right to make extra money. Cellphone games make money for trash.
Xbox doesn't sell well. Most of it's games sell best on PC. That's the opposite for Playstation. This would be a waste of time for Sony.
You can't blame them for doing this. Games rarely break even, they need some way to keep support going for 5 plus years.

I wouldn't say INSANE considering Nintendo's home console and handheld market had to be combined for that and its the only Nintendo platform in existence this generation. Is it impressive though? Yes.

Everyone is focused on open world unfortunately 😒 2000s had some of the best games in general. Just enough depth that you don't have to sign your life away to complete a game.
Some people don't want to waste their phone battery on that. Miss out on a more streamlined experience for one extra game? Seems like a very shortsighted take.... but again this device isn't for everyone.
It's not a standalone handheld... It's a PS5 accessory. It doesn't have any R&D outside of enhancing the PS5 experience. It's like comparing the NES Zapper directly to the Sega Master System. There's a reason Steam Deck and Switch 2 aren't 200 dollars, they're standalone platforms. Please tell me people aren't this dense...

MK2 will always be the best in the series. Been playing a lot of MK1 lately though. Definitely enjoying it more than any other NRS era MK game.
